My work spans three domains, but the underlying way of thinking is just one.
Make people want to buy, not annoy them
Think it, build it
Know what's worth doing
Greater than the sum of three
Proficient, Familiar, Future Plans, Declined

The three capabilities are not parallel — they feed each other. Market discovers opportunities, technology builds the product, business judges the direction, iterating back and forth.
Market → Tech: Market research discovers what users truly need, tech builds it. Tech without market insight tends to create something nobody uses.
Tech → Business: After tech implementation, business judgment decides whether it's worth further investment, how to price it, and when to cut losses. Tech without business judgment easily becomes a cost center.
Business → Market: Business analysis identifies which market directions have structural opportunities, marketing translates the product into language consumers want to hear, letting value truly reach users.
When different capabilities reinforce each other, that's true scarcity.
